Wilmington, Del.-Philadelphia area has 78th highest home vacancy rate among U.S. metro areas.

The number of vacant homes in the Wilmington, Del.-Philadelphia area was more than 24,000 in the third quarter of 2018, a 2,684-unit decrease over what it was a year ago, according to new real estate numbers reported by ATTOM Data Solutions.
