Delaware State Chamber of Commerce announces Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Clinically Integrated Networks to Unify into Single Collaborative Partnership

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is pleased to announce that its three separate clinically integrated networks—Quality Health Alliance, Mercy Accountable Care and Delaware Care Collaboration—will unify into a single network on January 1, 2024. The newly formed Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), to be named Quality Health Alliance, will include a total of 500 primary care physicians, approximately 1,200 specialty physicians and close to 100,000 attributed lives, making it one of the largest clinically integrated networks in the Philadelphia tri-state area.
